Shipping, Cancellation and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

• To maintain freshness, ‘Roasted Coffee’ is ‘Ground’ and packed only after receiving a confirmed order. We promise to dispatch an order within two business days of receiving the confirmed order.
• We use the Speed Post services of the Indian Postal system to reach your order to you. We promise to connect your order to this service and within two business days of receiving the confirmed order.
• We will communicate the tracking number and indicated the date of delivery once your order has been connected to Speed Post.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once an order is placed, we can cancel it if a request is placed before 9.00 am, the immediate next day after placing the order.
• We will process the refund of payment received immediately.
• Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within seven working days from the day of refund approval, and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
• Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.
• For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque/net banking. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
